What or who got you interested in Athletics?

I started Athletics (2001) as something to do; it was a form of rehabilitation after my car accident (1998)
 

Best and worst thing about Athletics?

Best – Competing

Worst – Not competing

  

Take us through a typical training session?

Warm up drills, activating correct muscles – yawn yawn. Throwing drills and about 30 – 36 full throws. Takes about 1 ½ hours.

 

Athletics career goals/aspirations?

Medal at both IPC World championships 2011 and London 2012 Paralympics

  

Who is/are your idol(s)/hero(es)?

Louise Sauvage, Mum, Robert (my brother)

  

Favourite food/drink/indulgence?

Tim Tams – Tim Tam slammers

 

Hobbies/passions?

Music, My dog – Sachi and various activities surrounding him. Hanging out with friends, “Doing” coffee.

Point Break – the whole package, the surf, action, criminal suspense

Dirty Dancing – the dancing.
