Notice of Annual General Meeting - Athletics ACT will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Friday May 27, 2011 at the The Hellenic Club, Matilda St, Woden beginning at 6.00pm.

The board kindly requests your help to fill upcoming vacant positions so please consider nominating.  Any clarification of roles and responsibilities for positions may be directed to the Office. Please find below a nomination form and a list of the office bearer categories and nominations. This list has been cleared for the 2011-2012 season and indicates how many positions are available.

Please also find below the 2010 AGM minutes and RSVP of attendance form. Agenda items can be forwarded onto the office.

Following the AGM, will be the 2010-2011 Athletics ACT Annual Award Presentations at 7.30pm. Drinks and Cocktail food will be available at the Awards Presentation. Everyone Welcome! Please RSVP by Thursday May 20.
