Athletics ACT is excited to announce a rebranded, revamped, and revitalised schools-based athletics event based on the success
of Nitro athletics - will be the most exciting brand of school athletics team-based competition yet!
All secondary schools in the ACT are invited to enter as many teams as they wish into this year's ACT Nitro Schools Challenge, which is to be held the Woden Athletics Track.
Three age groups will see larger size teams compete in the first ACT Nitro Schools Challenge with events that will require teams to work together in this unique nationwide competition. Teams will compete across a variety of track and field events.

1. Age will be determined as at the 31st December 2018
2. There are 3 age divisions for females and 3 age divisions for males. Mixed gender teams are not permitted.
a. Junior 13 – 14 years (U15)
b. Intermediate 15 -16 years (U17)
c. Senior 17 -18 years (U19)
3. There is a maximum number of competitors permitted in each division
a. Junior - maximum of 7
b. Intermediate - maximum of 11
c. Senior - maximum of 11
4. The following limit will apply to each Division on the number of individual and relay events a person may compete in
a. Junior Maximum of 2 individual events and 2 relays
b. Intermediate Maximum of 2 individual events and 2 relays
c. Senior Maximum of 2 individual events and 2 relays

Registrations are now open. If you wish to register your interest early contact email@example.com. The entry fee for each team is $100.00 (the school will be invoiced after the Challenge). Entries must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 24th October 2018.
